DISCLOSURE AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCOMMODATIONS

Group CondoConnect Inc., Condo Connection and other affiliated companies are acting only as a service agency to help facilitate the rental of vacation properties and transportation.   

We may add benefits at any time and may cancel or replace certain vendors when necessary.  All prices and discounts are subject to change. Agents and associated or affiliated subsidiary companies, expressly disclaim and shall be free of all responsibility or liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or neglect or default of any personnel providing any service for accommodations or transportation due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the stay.  

We do not assume responsibility for any verbal representations or understanding you may have made with a representative of anyone selling access to the Condo Connection website other than the text within the website.  You are solely responsible  for any and all fees, telephone costs, taxi fares, costs of a personal nature, accidents, loss, detention, annoyance, delays and expenses arising from same; quarantine, strikes, force major, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, disturbances, government restrictions or regulation, bankruptcy, discontinuance or change in transit or hotel services, or other causes over which we have no control.  

We do not own or operate any person or entity which is to or does provide goods or services for the your trip or accommodations , including without limitation airlines or other transportation companies, hotels or other lodging accommodations, sightseeing companies, transfer companies, recreational or dining facilities or any one else.  As a result, we are not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person.

We will not be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damages to person or property in connection with any transportation or other service, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of God, government or other authorities, terrorism, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, delays or changes in itinerary provided by those providing goods and services for the participants trip. 

We shall not be liable for any additional expenses sustained by you because of any of these foregoing causes.

Responsibility of the operation all accommodations rest with the company that owns or operate them.  Booking of the accommodations is consent to and acknowledgement of the conditions above.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Rental of condominiums is limited to space availability.  Our providers do the best to assure you of an enjoyable vacation.  When you choose your destination and find it on the website, remember there are other customers seeking similar locations so reserve your choice as soon as possible. 

We are not responsible for any other services or products you may have acquired at the time of your purchase of access to the Condo Connection website.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Hotels, condominiums and other suppliers, for any change or cancellation, assess various fees.  These fees may vary, and should be included in your confirmation.  Please, inquire about these terms and penalties once you receive a confirmation of your reservations.  Do not go to a property unless you have a confirmed reservation.  By your purchase services on the Condo Connection website you agree to the above.

OPERATING PRINCIPALS

All reservations are made through one or more third party.  We do not sell or book travel.  Our business is to establish a relationship between you and the providers we have selected.  The term of service is year to year as long as your contractual obligations are fulfilled for the life of the club.
